Phosphate solubilizing rhizobacteria inoculation to increase rock phosphates efficiency and improve maize growth

چکیده

Rock phosphates are less soluble and agronomically not as efficient the acidulated. However, some rhizobacteria can improve solubilization of inorganic in soil, raising efficiency rock phosphates. The objective was to evaluate development maize plants response application P sources associated with inoculation. A greenhouse experiment carried out six sources: no application; Triple Superphosphate (TSPh); Gafsa phosphate (reactive); Itafós (non-reactive); TSPh + Gafsa; Itafós, three inoculation forms: inoculation, Burkholderia pickettii GN 2214 Pseudomonas sp. fluorescens group P21. Plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, shoot dry weight (ShDW), root (RDW), total weight, cumulative content ShDW, RDW/ShDW ratio relative agronomic were assessed. Agronomic growth TSPh-treated better than those treated association increases plant more isolated sources. Inoculation P. strain P21, improved performance fertilized phosphate, but had effect when phosphate. Together TSPh, intensified growth, indicating potential increase well.

Improvement of Arbuscular Mycorrhiza Development by Inoculation of Soil with Phosphate-Solubilizing Rhizobacteria To Improve Rock Phosphate Bioavailability ((sup32)P) and Nutrient Cycling.

The interactive effect of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria and arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi on plant use of soil P sources of low bioavailability (endogenous or added as rock phosphate [RP] material) was evaluated by using soil microcosms which integrated (sup32)P isotopic dilution techniques. The microbial inocula consisted of the AM fungus Glomus intraradices and two phosphate-solubilizin...

Phosphate solubilizing rhizobacteria from an organic farm and their influence on the growth and yield of maize (Zea mays L.).

Organic farming is gaining popularity all over the world as it avoids the use of synthetic chemicals. Plant production in organic farming mainly depends on nutrient release as a function of mineralization processes in soils. In the present study, efficient phosphate mineralizing bacteria were isolated and their efficacy tested in plant mineral uptake and soil fertility of an organic field. Amon...

Role of phosphate solubilizing bacteria on rock phosphate solubility and growth of aerobic rice.

Use of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (PSB) as inoculants has concurrently increased phosphorous uptake in plants and improved yields in several crop species. The ability of PSB to improve growth of aerobic rice (Oryza sativa L.) through enhanced phosphorus (P) uptake from Christmas island rock phosphate (RP) was studied in glasshouse experiments. Two isolated PSB strains; Bacillus spp. PSB9 a...

Plant Growth-Promoting Rhizobacteria Inoculation to Enhance Vegetative Growth, Nitrogen Fixation and Nitrogen Remobilisation of Maize under Greenhouse Conditions

Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) may provide a biological alternative to fix atmospheric N2 and delay N remobilisation in maize plant to increase crop yield, based on an understanding that plant-N remobilisation is directly correlated to its plant senescence. Thus, four PGPR strains were selected from a series of bacterial strains isolated from maize roots at two locations in Malaysi...

Effects of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria, native microorganisms, and rock dust on Jatropha curcas L. growth.

Microorganisms with the ability to release nutrients to the soil from insoluble sources may be useful for plant cultivation. We evaluated the growth-promoting effect on Jatropha curcas L. of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (PSB) and the native microbiota in soil with or without rock dust. J. curcas L. is important for biodiesel production. The experiments were performed in a greenhouse under a ...
